I fell over my cat and stood on a nail 15 years ago and tore the main tendon in my foot. I have had tendinitis there ever since. That condition has since spread to the other sole of my foot and to both my knees from overcompensating on my original injury. All case of a kittycat.

Sadly he passed seven years ago. He was actually quite the grumpy shite to be honest lmao. He was very much a 'I'll have hugs when I want them. If I don't want them you will lose an arm' sort of cat. We had him thirteen wonderful years and he moved into our house before we did. It was a shell that needed fixed up so he moved in first and spent weeks running on concrete floors and hiding in rolls of carpet. He never forgot it was HIS house and we just moved in. Injury or not, I wouldn't change my days with him for the world. Still a wee shite tho. :)

Oh, god, ow. That sounds awful. I still have puncture scars from when I was carrying my kitty when I was little and her tail got caught in a door. She understandably freaked out and the closest target was my hand. I hope your pain isn't too bad these days! <3

I manage it now by never wearing any heels (sob) and making sure all my flats are hardcore ect. I also avoid gradients and don't walk too far at a time. It is manageable. Appreciate the concern!
