That movie is bad in so many good ways. And half the cast, no, most is chewing scenery like they are teething. It is fun and they're should be more like it. Have you ever seen Cutthroat Island? If not, you should watch.

This is my second-favorite movie of all time (after Jurassic Park) so I'm so happy to see a secret about it! Everyone is just running around having FUN and the costumes and hair and the dialogue! I LOVE IT AUGH... More movies like this indeed!

OP, if you haven't already seen the 2011 Three Musketeers you might want to get on that, it sounds just what you want. A bit (very) ridiculous, but lots of swash being buckled and some attractive men in there to boot.
