I'm ace/aro, but I feel like I have a sort of vestigial hetero leaning? It's hard to explain, but I am vaguely attracted to men, just not to an extent that I have any desire to touch/be touched by them myself.

I absolutely never self-insert at all. But I definitely vicariously experience what the characters in the fic do and feel. I'm not sure if that distinction will make sense to other people, but it's very important for me.

Vicarious experience of romance/sex = hot AF.
Self-insert experience of romance/sex = What is the point of this? Why am I trying to imagine this? This makes no sense. There is not "there" there. Let's stop.


I tend to shim m/m, but I've also shipped plenty of het.
