I'm curious why, exactly! I have no real opinion on the ship or the show, I just like hearing people talk about ship feelings (positive or negative)

I find it wonderful (both the show and the ship, though Catra/Scorpia makes equal amounts of sense) but to each their own.

I love this ship and I wish I could find more people in the fandom who ship it the way it actually is in the show. All the art I see is Adora and her slightly tsundere but still oh-so-cuddly and loving cat gf. Give me more angst like that picture and n the secret.

I ship it because of the angst and pain tbh, it's not an easy relationship and there's a lot of hurt on both ends and it's messy in all the ways I love for my hero/villain ships.

I'm not in the fandom at all though so I have no idea what the general fandom way of shipping them is, but if it doesn't work for you(the ship or the way fandom ships it) then that's fine. We're not all into the same things the same way.

I don't know what series the image is from, but I've stayed away from things because I saw a popular pairing float around that I just think I would absolutely hate if I knew more about it too. Knowing me, I'd get invested in another ship and try to look for it and instead just keep finding [insert other ship I hate but is popular] and end up miserable.

I felt the same way when I first heard about the show and the ship. Then I watched the show and yeah, hated that ship. Sometimes your gut instinct is right.

Pity. I like the show but Catadora seems to be a huge part of it and I don’t care for it. Sucks some enjoyment outta of the whole thing when you can’t stand an integral part of it.
