How is he a jerk? I've only heard good things about him; buying Liv Tyler's stunt double the horse she fell in love with while filming LoTR, stuff like that. What's he done?

Hrmmm. Well, I did read about that, then I read about his apology that happened the next day, so...YMMV, but i don't think that one-time use automatically makes a jerk for all time.

I don't think it is unforgivable. I just wish he hadn't done it. It makes him a little bit of a jerk, and I wish he was a little less of a jerk.
