Have you ever made fried deviled eggs? Good god, they're to die for. You just flour, egg-wash, and bread the whites (adding some spices to the breading for flavor) then fry them til they're nice and golden. Then fill with the yolks as usual. They're sooooooo unhealthy but they are SO good.

Everyone always loves deviled eggs! Another easy idea is getting a bag of frozen meatballs and simmering it in bbq sauce. I like Sweet Baby Ray's, personally.

I'd probably double it for a potluck. You can add crumbled bacon to it for extra wow factor.
