I'm not necessarily *into* mpreg, but as a woman who really resents woman being put into weaker, submissive, or caretaker roles, it's neat to see it with a man because those gender roles don't inherently exist anymore. At that point, they get put into the role solely based on looks or personality. It's sexier to have one guy being alpha to another guy because it's purely based on their personality dynamic, without any sexism* at play.

*obviously in like a/b/o there is usually an element of imagined "sexism" a la alphas and omegas, but it's not based on actual gender, which is a squick for me.
