I don't think everyone is, but you're definitely acting like one, with the whole I AM UNCOMFORTABLE WHEN WE ARE NOT ABOUT ME thing, and the whole kneejerk associating-stereotypically-female-roles-with-humiliation thing. They also seem to think using the term "buttbaby" is somehow insulting? Like, ye-es, the anus is often the orifice through which the baby is birthed in mpreg, that is accurate. Am- am I supposed to be insulted that they're pointing out that mpreg often involves babies coming out of butts?

To be fair, the babies do get delivered by c-section in a lot of fics, and a lot of the a/b/o ones have established that omegas have birth canals.

Which, frankly, is no weirder than the real adaptability of a lot of real-life animals.

Yeah, the variety of physical biology options in Mpreg is really interesting to me. I personally favor the version where there's a cervix-like opening from the uterus into the anal canal that opens when the dude is in labor. And I mean, I don't think I've ever read a fic where the baby was actually gestated in the ass. Which is good, because that would make no sense at all.

But I've also read quite a few fics where childbearing men are hermaphroditic, and the baby is born the usual way.

Also, the fact that people push babies out of their vaginas is so damn crazy in the first place that it's really not that much crazier to imagine it being through part of the anal canal instead. *shrugs*
