Got outbid on an auction for Fandom Trumps Hate at - quite literally - the last minute.
Actually, I got outbid on most of the auctions I bid in, which is a shame, but this one I'm particularly upset by because the artist does pet portraits and I wanted a picture of my dog and cat who died last year.

If they take commissions, you might be able to get one outside of the auction.

Terro ant bait traps. They work like magic; I had an infestation in my kitchen earlier this year and a few of those took care of the whole thing in just a few days.

Call an exterminator. There are home solutions that can help, but a professional can tell you how extensive the infestation is. They're nowhere near as bad as termites, but their nesting can still cause some structural fuckery, so knowing how big a nest is and where it is can save you a serious headache down the line.
