Channing Tatum is awesome, fuck the haters. Great dude, great actor, great dancer. Love him.

Also, God Die Another Day was terrible but obviously that's not Halle Berry's fault. OK that's all I had to say

I will give you great dancer, and maybe great dude, but great actor? He's so bland and dull.

He's charismatic, likable, and fun. He's not, like, a Shakespearean or anything, but if you give him the right kind of material, he can knock it out of the park. Really good at the ol' low-impact good-time-vibes acting.

He's a good dancer. He can ham it up when he dances. He's NOT an action movie type of actor which is mostly what he's cast into. He's wooden in those roles, absolutely wooden. He did OKAY in Jupiter Ascending when they pasted latex to his face and he had to act THROUGH it.

And if he's a goofy comedy sort of actor, that's great. Put him in goofy comedy roles. Keep him out of action movies and away from Gambit. Then I can love him and not feel cringe just seeing him on screen.

I agree that he gets miscast a lot trying to be a stereotypical leading man, and it's a shame, but that's show biz, I guess. He can do action if it's on the lighter and comedic side. And, yeah, comedies and things like that. He's great in the Jump Street movies.

I don't actually think the Gambit movie will ever really happen.

He could do action-comedy, which is my favorite genre of comedy. He does have good physical presence but I can't really take him seriously.

I actually haven't seen either movie (yeah I know), but how is it even fair that Halley Berry gets to look like that? What even is her bone structure? Her body looks photoshopped.
