115: Uhm no. I just hate her. (Well, mostly. She is kinda cute, but mostly just an annoying brat.) I understand that's what her character's supposed to be, but... I can't help just wanting to slap her so damn hard. :)

Not quite sure what you mean by the other characters not acting their age. The only person I could see like that would be Alto probably. (Seems like they barely ever go to school anyway.) But he's kinda of a prissy bitch. lol

I don't mind people not liking her from the start. What I mind is people suddenly being OMG DISAPPOINTED or OMG FULL OF HATRED because Ranka did something that was completely understandable to anyone with half a brain and an ounce of empathy, not to mention completely in-character.

By not acting their age I meant mostly Alto and Sheryl. I like Sheryl a lot, but the way she's presented she's not a convincing sixteen-year-old (or is she 17?) to me. Neither are the boys, but that's to be expected, sort of, from a mecha anime.
