And yet every single user of asinine, obnoxious anti-Kataang, anti-Mai, and anti-Maiko icons is a batshit Zutara fan. Funny, that. Fans who hate (or really, dislike) Maiko and Kataang for reasons that don't boil down to WAAAH THEY BROKE UP MY COMPLETELY UNCANON OTP seem to be able to contain their ire.

Honestly though, I don't care why you hate the pairings (although claiming it's because they're "boring" full stop is laughable, considering how many people enjoy them). I just think putting your hate into fucking icons is spiteful and imbecilic. The one you're using now doesn't bother me as much, although I still have to wonder why you'd prefer a pointlessly snarky text icon that isn't even a quote from the show to an actual picture of your alleged OTP. Unless you've decided that the show sucks because it didn't end with the true rightful pairing Zutara, which I guess makes some demented sense.

you're just mad because we're not nearly as batshit as everyone thinks we are, and perhaps because even though our pairing isn't canon, WE'RE STILL AROUND.

did you know that most of those icons were made in the capslock comm? that's where I got mine, anyway. They aren't meant to be OMGHATEFUL, they're meant to be silly and sarcastic. most ZK fans are not as bad as you think. most of us just want to have FUN with our pairing. If you actually bothered to listen to someone besides yourself you would know that.

and just because other people like it doesn't mean it's not boring. lots of people like vampire romance novels and I think those are boring. Their opinion=/=my opinion.
