Oh god that professionals one. I fucking can't. Literally the amount of acronyms they would actually be using is balls to the wall insane in most highly specialized fields; truly successful writing manages to work that in and still have it make enough sense that the audience understands anyway.

I suppose it would be inhumane to expect all writers to have actual expertise in the fields they're writing about, but geez, do the research will ya, huh? A little time spent with Wikipedia and Google could save you a ton of trouble.
