Have you seen the kind of readership, kudos, and comments that a/b/o gets? You must not've, if you think ayrt will be "wasting their time" finishing their a/b/o fic. Or maybe you're just jealous because they're probably pulling in more readers and kudos than your last eight fics combined.

Plus there's, you know, the part (and this might be unfathomable to you, but really try here) where finishing something they enjoy is its own reward.
