I couldn't watch this show at all. I mean, maybe it got more plot-ful, but what I watched was like, just porn. And hey, maybe that's why people like it, but I just want a minute of porn to rub one out, I don't need a pretend plot too.

In all of S1 I'm pretty sure only like ten minutes total is fucking. It does get very explicit with the mind!orgies and whatnot, but it doesn't seem remotely accurate to say it's just porn.

Can't speak for S2 though.

I don't like the show at all but people I know love it and also, it's fucking amazing and great that it managed to be made at all, and that's how I feel about the Wachowskis in general. They're genius auteurs and we're blessed to have so much work from them and who cares if I, personally, don't happen to care for their work?

I've only watched season 1 and the very last scene of that Wolfgang/Kala storyline which is all I ever wanted.

I have the same feelings as you, but about Hannibal. I don't want more, cause I love how it ended. Completely satisfied.

The right way to fan is to be happy with the good ending you got and obtain more of the show by writing coffee shop AUs.

Nah, that sounds sensible. A lot of fans quite frankly don't know WHAT they want. They think they want more of everything, without realizing that this isn't always a great idea.

Honestly I wish more fans were content with a series ending. A lot of my favorite shows ended early or after only a few seasons and I prefer it that way, compared to what happens when shows drag on and on and on for ratings rather than plot.

I've never seen this, but I think you're okay, OP. There have been lots of shows I've watched that clearly should've ended a long time ago and more doesn't always equal better quality.

I was sad to see it go because I genuinely loved the characters, but how it went out made me so happy so I was more at-peace with it ending than I thought I might be in the end.

No idea about the show, but I think you're a true fan. Given the fact you're content with the ending... It takes a good amount of faith to recognize when enough is enough, rather than wanting more, when it would most likely become only a detriment to the series...
You're doing it right, everyone else... not so much.
