Could be allergies? Although allergy coughs aren't usually that strong for me, but maybe they could be for someone? But the pollen has been up for the past month, and I've been coughing a lot.

Oh no, they can. She is a senior person. She has like 20 vacation days, 4 personal days, and 5 sick days. I heard her on the phone (she also yells everything) that she came in because she was bored. Then she went into an 'amusing' story about shaving her leg.
