I don't understand what's wrong with her or why her and Chris Pratt are such horrible people because they are Christian, not all Christians are crazy and some Christians are good people surprising I know. I just don't understand the hate really I don't

They belong to a church that is deeply anti-lgbt (they endorse conversion therapy for god's sake!) and every time that is brought up, they flap their lips and deflect instead of saying it's actually a problem. They are not good Christians. They stand up for a church that preaches hate. It's as simple as that.

I used to be deep in evangelical christianity and I KNOW the Hillsong church. It's basically a non-denom megachurch built off the millions of dollars made through bland whitebread worship music. The doctrine is maybe not the worst of them out there but it's pretty bad, it's knee-deep in the prosperity gospel as well as the cult of emotion that has taken over American Jesus culture. Megachurches like Hillsong are so deeply entwined with right-wing politics, they're the ones driving legislation to ban abortion, strip rights from anyone not straight or christian, and support the NRA. Hillsong also really likes to parade its celebrity members as proof that Jesus is the right way because look even famous people like Jesus don't you want to like Jesus just like Chris Pratt?

Pratt may not personally be grabbing a pitchfork to get rid of the gays but at some point he's going to hit a real conflict of interest. I don't care for him as an actor one way or another so I don't care how he handles it but some of his fans might.

LOL. You chose the wrong Christians to defend. Hillsong is notorious for their anti-gay pastor and are against the "gay lifestyle".

No one hates them because of their faith, calm down. It's just that faith isn't and shouldn't be a go-to shield when you preach and support ideas that actively harm people.
