Seven deadly sins: pride, greed, wrath, envy, lust, gluttony, sloth

Worst, greed, because it leads to so many of the others. Most contemptible (and simultaneously relatable), sloth, because at least the others take some effort, you know?

Seven contrary virtues (specific opposites of the sins): humility, liberality, patience, kindness, chastity, abstinence, diligence

Best, kindness, because it just makes the world an easier/better place. Most admirable, patience, because it takes so much strength

Seven heavenly virtues: prudence, justice, temperance, courage/fortitude, faith, hope, charity

Best, hope, because it’s what lets us try for all the rest. Most admirable, fortitude, because the things people have endured are incredible
