This series is not so heavy on the submission, more on the sadism and trust aspect of BDSM, but it's awesome and has lots of aftercare and focus on consent.

I re-read it last week and it's still as awesome as I remember, especially the first installment. It's Kirk/McCoy, Star Trek reboot.

Narrative kinks include a temporarily mute character (due to physical or mental trauma, etc) or aphasia.

Unhealthy (but happy) co-dependency. Where two characters are so close they sometimes seem like they're reading each other's minds or are one person in two bodies and they don't function well without the other. MCU Steve/Bucky has been great for that one.

Oh hell yes. I feel like this is right at the top of my list. Like, even if my OTPs don't really have this dynamic in canon, I usually go for OTPs that at least have this dynamic in fanon.
