I don't think 'good coworkers' falls under the category of continued harassment, mocking of Steve's ptsd, then making it incredibly difficult for him to adapt to modern times by belittling him every time he tried to deal with something new.

None of them were good coworkers to each other. Ignoring and belittling Stark's PTSD and treating him as a scapegoat is the other side of the equation. I get it, conflict makes things usually more interesting, but I don't think it worked for these movies. By now I hate pretty much every single one of the characters, with the exception of Spiderman.

Yeah, this. They started it back in Avengers 1 with the whole 'clash of personalities' thing, and then just doubled down every movie since to the point that I hate everyone.
