It's just so versatile too! Great in sweet AND savory dishes. You can use the juice and peel!
I'm also almost offended whenever someone says that lemons are just sour and nothing else. Lies and slander!

Yes! I don't know that I'd ever actually eat a lemon. but on fish and in desserts, it is amazing.
