I gotta be honest, I am extremely dubious about any Tom Clancy-branded project actually accomplishing that

I agree, bizarrely I think this series shows better than anything else i've seen that America bears a lot of the blame for the rise in terrorism.

It made A LOT of dodgy other choices, but I did appreciate that.
