Everyone's got different and completely legitimate standards for what they prefer to keep private. You don't get to decide for anyone else that the information they want to keep to themselves isn't gross enough to keep to themselves. You might mean well, but it sounds very condescending.

Thanks for the thought, but it's secret material for me. I don't really enjoy sharing gross TMI stuff about myself IRL, even the mild stuff. Besides, I thought it'd make a funny secret!
