Apps or add-ons for delaying websites

Like, "wait fifteen seconds for the site to open while reminding you that this isn't what you should be doing right now". Do you use them, and if so, which ones would you recommend? (The go-to option seems to be "crackbook", which I can only find as "crackbook revival" and that one wants access to all my surfing data so I'd rather not.)

It’s not a delaying app, but I’ve been using Apple’s Screen Time function to curtail the time I spend on certain timesucking sites.

Opera, mainly, which runs on Chromium and can run Chrome add-ons. I also have Firefox for facebook blocking purposes.

I have a different solution to the same problem: I use two different browsers. Opera for fun, Firefox for work. That works really well for me. As long as I'm on Firefox, I'm not even tempted to open youtube/ao3/tumblr/... because that's just not what it's for. It helps that, since I never visit those sites in that browser, they don't turn up as suggestions when I type a URL. I have no add-ons installed like you ask, but I have considered one of those time regulators for children for my fun browser. "Can only surf the web (for fun) for two hours a day" or sth.

Maybe that could work for you as well?
