I am w e a k to a western-style burger. Cooked-medium patty, sharp cheddar cheese, fried onion (rings or straws, don't care), bacon, barbeque sauce. hnnnngh.

There's also a super fancy one at a restaurant near me that I'm really partial too, which is a medium-cooked patty, thinly-sliced pancetta, arugula, smoked tomato, a fried egg, and a saffron hollandaise. Gooooood god, y'all. I can't explain the mouth-orgasm that this thing is. But it's also a $15 burger, so I don't go very often, lmao.
