I'm not even a big Disney fan, but I wouldn't mind seeing other fairy tales made into animated movies. There are so many, especially if you go outside of western European literature.

Even their original stories like Moana and Coco and Lilo and Stitch are really good so they can go in those directions (or like Frozen where the Snow Queen was never more than a ghost of an inspiration anyway)
