They're doing Artemis Fowl

They are also putting out a nature documentary about penguins, but I'm not sure if that counts since there have been nature docs about penguins before.

And though each of the following are parts of franchises and feature already established characters and universes, the stories do seem to be original - Captain Marvel, Avengers: Endgame, Star Wars: Episode IX, Toy Story 4. Not sure about Frozen II or Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.

But yeah, they need to cool it on the live-action remakes; Aladdin, Dumbo, and The Lion King this year alone.

And next year, they have Pixar's Onward (a suburban fantasy film) and Jungle Cruise (yeah, it's based on the ride and has an interesting cast - Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt, Jack Whitehall, Édgar Ramírez, Jesse Plemons and Paul Giamatti).
