op you can just say that you have hype fatigue and don't feel like watching something when it feels like everybody else is telling you to

there are some really awkward frames and sometimes their eyes are very small but that doesn't make it objectively bad.

Objectively, they look like the drawings in a cheap coloring book of some of the lesser known American Greetings characters from the 80s.

Subjectively, they're kind of ugly.

These are on model though. The faces are real smushed so it makes sense that it'd be unappealing to some.

that's fair! sometimes it bothers me but i've so far written it off as a stylistic reaction to the big anime eyes so i let it slide a bit. i just think it's important that "not my cup of tea"=/="bad"

Exactly. This show is so much better compared to Osomatsu-san and Mob Psycho 100.

right!! i really love the storyline in osomatsu, it leaves me on the edge of my seat every episode! such rich worldbuilding. i'm so glad that every single anime has the exact same appeal. it makes choosing what to watch so easy!

If you let the art style put you off Mob Psycho 100 you really missed out imo.
