I think it's pretty clear that AYRT was most likely thinking of situations where both parties are of the same generation and very close in age.

which pretty much never happens outside of 'separated at birth' type situations and if it's not it's still abusive because the two kids have latched onto one another in a horribly unhealthy way.

i'm sorry but fandom and media really has warped peoples ideas of what incest actually is and it's aggravating to see people so blithely defend it as though it isn't an absolutely terrible thing to happen to a person.
