Then again, Disney villains always have very exaggerated features.

Jafar seems to catch the brunt of the criticism relating to facial features but the majority of Disney villains are that way. If you look at them all side by side, Disney villains typically have pronounced chins and/or long or distinguished noses. It's all done in juxtaposition to the softer features of the younger Disney hero/heroine. If anything, one could argue that Disney (and much of media in general) has an ageist streak - look how often a teenage character is pitted against a much older antagonist.

I think the problem is that Jafar is the only one who looks Arabic at all instead of white with ten skin.
