I fandom mostly on Tumblr even though I'm "old." Most people are all "protect him!"

Yeah... I haven't seen this show. (No Netflix.) The mustache is ugly and makes him look unattractive. Does he actually care what my opinion is? Nope.

And one more thing... all the people around me "precious baby"ing him made me wonder if he's a transman since he's also got long hair. Does that make me ignorant? Possibly.

i think you meant transwoman, and hair length isn't really a good indicator of gender. or else that'd make most metalheads trans and that's certainly not the case!

I just keep thinking that he's really thin skinned when it comes to criticism of his own style while his whole thing on this show is criticising and changing other people's styles. A mite hypocritical.

He doesn't get them to change their styles. Mostly, he just tries to get them to wear sunscreen and clean up a bit.
