People who live near other people (like, for instance, me) and can't live their lives without about half of it being at the TOP OF THEIR LUNGS and also OUTSIDE, so i am forced to participate (sort of). It's nice out, now, finally - all my windows are open. Please have your stupid discussions and arguments and whoo-ha drinking nights INSIDE or quieter. I have no interest.

Ugh, my neighbours are like that. Sometimes I half wonder, if I shot them up in retaliation for all the NOISE could I claim self defense?

This got me yesterday. "It's such a nice day, I think I'll open the kitchen door to let some air in-" open it and all I can hear are the neighbours screaming and swearing at eachother in their garden. I know more about their personal lives now than I care to.

OMG.
The new neighbor say out on his porch and 'played' guitar. I say 'played' because it was dreadful. Every now and again, he'd yell 'yeah, baby!'.
