LOL, realized I misread your comment. Nah, your way doesn't make any sense. If you want ask other people dumb questions instead of doing the trivial work yourself, then you cannot expect people to humor you.

What about it doesn't make sense?

Person A brings up a topic. Person B asks what it is. Person A tells Person B to Google it, in the time it could have taken Person A to give one or two lines about the topic.

If nothing about that seems rude to you, then I have nothing else to say to you, because you apparently live in a world where curiosity and making conversation are stupid things.

You can satisfy your curiosity with google.

Once you've learned the basics, then you can come back and make conversation like a grown up.
