Because I'm actually leaving half the bubbles in my empty cup, the ratio of bubbles to tea is just that high. And the person taking the orders looks at me like I've grown an extra head if I ask for only a half-scoop.

Yeah. I've never had bubble tea but I doubt I'd really want to eat all of the tapioca.
