Nope. If you bring up the topic and the other person asks you about it, it's rude to tell them that they should google it. Unless, of course, you honestly don't know anything about the topic you brought up. But that's something you should be clear about before acting like the other person is wasting your time by asking a question.

If someone asks you about something IRL, do you tell them to look it up in a library?

I'm shocked anyone can carry on a conversation with another human being anymore.

No, it's not. You are wasting someone's time by asking them a question you can easily google the answer to, because the information is readily available and will take you approximately three seconds to find. Random strangers on the internet are not obligated to teach you new things like they're your kindergarten teacher.

You only live your life on the internet? Do you never ask people questions in person? How do they respond when you do?

A: I took a trip to [place] last weekend!
B: Oh, where is that?
A: Just Google it.
B: ...
A: Don't you want to hear about my trip?
B: No.

A: I took a trip to [place] last weekend!
B: Oh, where is that?
A: It's in [region]
B: I've heard it's really nice there! Did you do [thing I hear people do there]?
A: Yes, but first we blah blah blah having a conversation...
