People who aren't vegetarians/vegans...

How often do you eat meatless meals, and what are they?

I enjoy meat as much as the next person but there are plenty of meat-free dishes I like, too. It's hard to beat a good grilled cheese sandwich with thick slices of homegrown tomato, for example. I also love Indian food, which has a lot of great vegetarian choices.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I rarely buy meat to prepare at home (because I'm lazy + to save money), so I'd say I eat meatless 75% of the time?

Seconding your choice of a good grilled cheese sandwich, because that's like all I could eat last week (money was tight - I got paid Friday so I'm fine now). I also like vegetarian burritos - just grilled veggies instead of meat plus all the regular rice/beans/cheese is the best.

Once a week, maybe? Porridge, soups (sweet potato soup, yum), grilled vegetables, omelettes, pasta with mushrooms, etc.

I don't eat red meat that often, it's mostly fish and chicken.

I usually only have meat one meal a day, if that? It depends what food I've made for the week. Generally meat is more expensive than vegetables or tofu, so I tend to not buy much of it :\

I try once a day to eat a meatless meal.

In the morning, it's oatmeal or yogurt.

Lunch or dinner, maybe something with beans (Mexican), pizza, or a meatless soup (with or without noodles).

Pretty much anything I cook for myself has some amount of meat in it (outside of obvious simple things like toast or whatever), even if it's just a bit of sausage. Even a salad, I'll have a bit of chicken or something. Mostly it's because I'm mentally lazy and also because I like meat.

That said, I have no problem eating meatless meals, it's just usually stuff that I buy pre-prepped.

I rarely eat meat. Breakfast and dinner are yoghurt or bread. Lunch staples include pasta with tomato sauce, and rice and vegetables (fried or in a thai curry). Every now and again I make pizza. I had milk rice and pancakes several times recently. "Proper" meals (as in, I would serve this to guests) are a gnocchi casserole or Indian red lentil soup.

I can do pretty well doing meatless meals, actually. When I'm living on my own, I eat a lot of meals involving other types of proteins like beans and lentils. And I eat a lot of seafood. I really could be a pescetarian. My parents don't do meatless, though, so right now I'm eating mostly meals with meat.

I grew up in a completely vegetarian family, and even though I stopped being vegetarian years ago I still don't eat a lot of meat and am super picky with it. I only really like beef and lamb. I still find the texture of meat to be a bit, idk, weird sometimes? Most of stuff I make is pasta-based with my favourite veggies thrown in (courgettes, mushrooms, chillies, broccoli etc.)

I still get asked if I'm vegetarian a lot since I'll often go for the meatless option when eating out, there's just so many damn good vegetarian dishes out there.

When I think about it, I'm surprised that I apparently eat meat only about two or three times a week and it's almost exclusively chicken.

Lots and lots of bread, tomatoes, and green tea for me.

most of what's already been mentioned here (except for the oatmeal). I also like Chinese vegetarian food a lot and my favorite neighborhood cafe has amazing vegan desserts. Most attempts at vegan baked goods aren't that great so I consider these guys miracle workers.

Most of them.

Frequently, because I love Morningstar Farms's grilled "hamburger" patties, "chicken" patties, and "chicken" nuggets (they're vegetarian). I also make vegetarian beans and rice on a regular basis, and I love pasta primavera.

My breakfasts are usually meatless, but I also like a good frittata (fritatta)? I tend to eat meat for lunch and dinner though, unless I'm having like... veggie pancakes or something. Not usually red meat, unless ground beef counts as red meat? I don't know.
