Honestly I don't know why they changed her hair from JL, no idea if it was her own dyed hair or a different wig for that movie but it looked Good imo, still red but a more natural ginger than Ariel bottle-red hair(that never really looks right if it's meant to be 'natural' on live-action characters).

But otherwise yes: I can also subscribe to this headcanon.
