Hm... I like the art style, though? I'm not sure if it's *better* than the reboot, but I appreciate it for what it is. I don't know enough about She-Ra to know if this applies, but generally I like the fact that 80s animation made teenagers look like grizzled 37-year-olds as if the makers had never seen a teenager in their life (as opposed to the moe anime style of today that makes 20-year-olds look like they're 11). Artistically the 80s style is so bad but I just really love it.

I had a lot of the toys and watched the original cartoon and only recently realized that SheRa was supposed to be a teenager. And looking at the animation, I can't blame my kid-self.
