Well, every time they get near it they suddenly throw in a female love interest, so I suspect if they do actually make it canon it's going to be brief and stupid.

UGH, SAME. I can't believe I got my hopes up for Gotham of all shows, but for a while in Season 3, I really thought they'd go through with it. They had the groundwork laid and everything. Ah well.
