There's a huge difference between being into loli/expressing sexual attraction toward underage characters and merely SHIPPING them, though. Shipping doesn't inherently imply personal sexual interest, for starters, unless I missed a huge fandom memo. And if it does, women in fandom would need to be held equally accountable, wouldn't they?

I'm usually the last to defend The Men, but "you gotta be wary of men who are into anything involving kids" and essentially turning every man into Shroedinger's pedophile is frankly an awful stance to take.

Nah, there really isn't. I don't give a shit about women into shipping underage characters because, come on, don't act like the ratio between male child predators and female child predators are anywhere near equal, nevermind which side is more prone to acting on it or seeking out fucked up real shit. But keep associating with skeezy men I guess.

Unfortunately, this is not true, if the amount of female teachers that have been outed as having preyed on teenage boys in my state in the last few years is any reflection.
