Your Favorite Alice In Wonderland Adaption

(Anonymous) 2019-04-13 11:36 pm (UTC)(link)
Inspired by a comment above.

There are many adaptions of Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Which is your personal favorite?

Mine is Alice (1988), directed by Jan Švankmajer.

I kind of always liked the late 90's one with Tina Majorino that was made for TV. Idk why. But not like I've seen a ton of adaptations.

That one’s version of Beautiful Soup stuck with me for years. It’s lovely.

The Syfy mini series Alice.

I also liked Malice in Wonderland.

I'm a sucker for a cute romance plot with a quirky but supportive criminal boyfriend.

Not my favorite, but your question reminded me - for the first time in 30 years - that The Care Bears Adventure in Wonderland was a thing.
