I don't think a/b/o, knotting, and m-preg stuff is weirder than furries, sorry. Weird kinky role-plays and scenarios involving people is still wanking off to humans. Wanking off to animals is just a completely different ballgame.

I don't think they're weirder, but they're either equally whatever, or equally weird to me. On the same level.

I completely agree. I feel like a lot of people believe a/b/o is a lot more furry-esque than it actually is most of the time. Like, before I knew anything about a/b/o you could've told me it was based on some alien sci-fi story, or sheer fan imagination and that explanation would've seemed as legit as any. Heat sex is a common enough kink that I don't even think of it as being inherently animalistic at this point (i.e. it's just a hot kink; I don't give a fuck whether it's alien biology, animal biology, a feature of soulmatedness, a chronic illness, whatever). And I only know about knots because of a/b/o. And again, I really don't care where the idea comes from, and I don't think most fans of a/b/o do either? It's not hot because "dog dick," it's hot because of what it does/how it feels/etc.

At the end of the day, a/b/o is absolutely kinky and weird, but the main ingredient is humans having sex. The fact that it was loosely inspired by dog biology is incidental.
