Joe Biden has been kinda... "handsy" with women in the past. I remember a couple of cases - one was with a teenage girl who was definitely giving a "NOPE" face in a group shot when he had his hand around her shoulders. Another was when he was sitting with some women and he'd kind of jokingly pulled one down onto his lap.
