Dumb example with a famous historical event.

"Avoid all human contact if you ever want to enjoy anything fresh ever" may be technically true, but it's common courtesy to not spoil things. It baffles me how hard it is for people to warn for spoilers or why they seem to take such sadistic delight in blabbing spoilers just because no, it technically isn't illegal for them to do so.
