Ugh, this is a horrible feeling I know all too well. Hopefully they're just getting settled/getting the initial energy out and they'll calm down within a couple of weeks.

Do you have a copy of your rental agreement? You should scan through it to see if there's any language about reasonable volumes even during daylight hours, just in case you do need to bring something up with your landlord.
