(Anonymous) 2019-04-20 05:53 am (UTC)(link)before it was cool before the Bushes, all of which lead to the vast income inequality we have today, as well as 4) doing his very best to destroy the social safety net (and as gov of California, slashed public funding of higher education as well, starting a trend that lead directly to the absolutely bonkers student debt burden we have currently, and 5) ignoring the AIDS crisis and contributing to the deaths of literally millions of americans and wiping out a generation of queer history.
So, like, was he a charismatic fucker who could Effectively Lead and Do Things? yeah. Would I call him a "good president" in terms of the benefit or damage to the country? FUCK NO.
