(Anonymous) 2019-04-24 12:13 am (UTC)(link)I second the Kitchn for a website, and also suggest Budget Bytes. Those two are my go-tos. Budget Bytes if I just need an idea of what to make for lunch for the week, and the Kitchn if I need advice on how to make a particular kind of thing.
The only cooking You Tube channels I watch are Bon Appetit and occasionally How to Cake it, but I've never prepared anything based on those.

I've tried a good number of her recipes and her easy pancakes are my favorite pancakes to make. Really easy to make from scratch and they always come out pretty!
And yes! I agree with you about Alton Brown.
