(Anonymous) 2019-04-26 02:02 am (UTC)(link)Well, 'stan' is obsessive fan. Some people call themselves stans proudly. I find that a bit odd since it came from the Eminem song 'Stan' about an obsessive fan, Stan, who writes to Eminem several times and gets angry when he doesn't hear back and proceeds to drive his car into a river with his pregnant girlfriend in the trunk.
