My mother gets both as well. She was already B12 anemic and then she got this thing where the capillaries in her stomach would regularly bleed. She has to take B12 and iron and then get her stomach cauterized every few years.

My mom just has generally drawn the short straw in terms of health. It has been just one thing after another for her. I'm honestly amazed she can function at all sometimes.

AYRT omg D: your poor mom.

I've been iron anemic for years (my body just flat out rejects iron) but this B12 anemic thing has thrown me for a bit of a loop ngl.

I hope you take care of yourself and get better soon or at least are able to manage. I think they have pills that have both B12 and iron together.
