Bus went by a concert place on the way home and there were people lined up around the block to get in. Went to look up who was playing and it was a band that I have literally never once in my life heard of

The opposite happened to me because I was the one in line for a concert and one of those big tourist buses passed, paused in front of us while the tour guide talked about the venue, and the people on the bus asked us who we were going to see. None of them knew the band and the bus was pretty full.
